Ritidian Point

Ritidian point is unusual for Guam because the water is actually pretty deep. Guam is surrounded by a coral reef, and many of the beaches are too shallow to swim in. Ritidian actually gets swells, and is a great swimming beach. There is a strong current, so don't go too far out. There is still a reef at Ritidian, and if there's a storm in the area, the waves explode off of it, giving you quite the fountain show.

The beach has individual parking sites in the jungle behind it--try to find one that you can see from the beach as there are occasional robberies. It is very private and secluded because everyone parks in their own area. Ritidian is a white sand beach, and is incredibly beautiful. The jungle comes right down to the beach, and butterflies flit around where they meet.
