We took videos of the puppeteer who had a shrill falsetto voice and a sense of humor to match. He was so adroit with his monkey puppet, it was hard to go on to the next thing. There was a game of soccer going on in the sweltering heat; some people had brought their own victuals and picnicked on the grass. As you can imagine, Columbian flags and sun visors with inscriptions for independence day were all over, and I got one which I wore. Before heading back, Chuck and I sat by a tree in order to give our feet a rest, and prepare them for the long haul back. People were still streaming in as we were leaving. Superb day.
