Double-Barreled Cannon

This is a weapon that was way before it's time. The object of the cannon was to fire two balls at the same time with a chain connected between the two balls. The theory was that the chain would mow down any charging Union infantry.
The cannon was never used in actual combat because the test firings caused considerable damage to the bystanders who had come to watch.
