Biagio is so fun to cook with, as he encourages sampling. The other students, especially Titina and Margaux, were fun as well. And nothing could be done without Palmira, Biagio's helper. The rooms are nice – clean, airy, and light -- and the food is fabulous. I am not saying that just because I helped cook, either. There is plenty of room around the house to sit and relax. There is a vineyard on one side and a lemon grove on the other. You can't find a better place!
