The Capitol Building

This is not only a great place to watch the goings-on of state government (especially when the Legislature is in session), it is also a great place to get a great view of Tallahassee and the surrounding area.

Take the elevator to the 22nd floor for a bird's eye view of the city.

This museum is easy to find - just look for the building with the red candy-striped awnings.

Inside this former state capitol building, a visitor can see how things looked in state government in 1902. A visit to the governor's office is especially interesting.
