Parasailing and other watersports activities

This can be a lot of fun. Negotiate with the operators before you go - I would recommend finding operators that are connected to hotels, as they are more likely to be licensed (or insured?). We went with two other people and took turns parasailing, which was a lot less scary than it sounds and a great way to see the island from a different perspective. Each of us were probably up in the air between 10 and 20 minutes.
