Pine Mountain Jamboree

We have seen shows in other cities such as Branson, Pigeon Forge, and Myrtle Beach, and this is really our all-time favorite. They don't do a lot of the "hoopla" with lighting, dancing, and costuming, but if you want purely entertaining music and comedy by extremely talented people, this is the best. It isn't all country music -- there is something for everyone. The jokes are clean and it is appropriate for all ages. We had a four year old next to us who was glued to the show the whole time and bouncing in her chair. Her mother said that was the longest she has ever sat for anything!

This is a family owned and operated show that has been there for 29 seasons. We have been attending since the owners' children were small and now those children are grown and have their own children. Besides the owner, his son, and his son-in-law, there are about six musicians, two female singers and "JR", who is hysterical and will even come out and sing as "himself" at the end of the show.

This is a great Show. There is a little of several types of music. There is some planned FUN too. The whole family can enjoy this.
