This shopping area has excellent 1920’s Spanish architecture combined with a more contemporary style. There is excellent shopping and restaurants, plus loads of outdoor activities. This was once a neglected area of Boca Raton covering 30 acres that has been transformed into a “village-within-the city”. Mizner Park is four separate building circling a central park and public space with gazebos and soothing fountains. These outside public area have hosted many events including the annual arts festival. Beside the shops and restaurants, Mizner Park is home to a Movie theater, several galleries and the recently opened International Museum of Cartoon Art.
