Cape May Zoo

They have most of the popular animals like lions, tigers and bears, monkeys and giraffes. The only animals they don't have that we all missed were Elephants and apes. My son was looking forward to seeing Apes and they only had small monkeys.

Outside the zoo is a park with a pond and playground. It's perfect if you pack a lunch to have a picnic. There is a snack bar which sells pretty good food right outside the entrance to the Zoo, there is a covered pavillion with tables and chairs. For your kids you can order a childrens menu from a Cheeseburger and French Fries to Chicken Fingers with French Fries and it comes in a plastic bucket with a handle with zoo animals on it, perfect as a sand bucket!
