Many B&Bs in Cape May offer bicycles for guest use. Otherwise, there are shops where you can rent bikes for use for the day very affordably. We decided to bring our bikes. Although getting them in and out of the car was a bit of work, the biking made up for it. Cape May is definitely a great place to discover by bike. Traffic is light, roads are flat, and there are many places to just get lost in. We came from New York, and the 3-hour trip meant that Cape May is not a day-trip destination. However, if anyone stays there more than a couple of days, the bike really makes a lot of sense. You've got to do it!
