The downtown location is located in the downstairs part of the Karpeles Manuscript Museum. Everything is kid-sized. There are mini "exhibit" areas with different themes, like a grocery store that has a cash register, lots of fruit, shopping carts, and more. And a Doctor area with real x-rays, crutches, small doctor kits, an exam table, and wheelchairs. A stage with dress up clothes so you can put on a play. A really fun carousel that works by pedaling it. A big room with lots to climb on. A little dollhouse with a kitchen and table for tea. The amazing part is that is just some of the stuff there.
At the newer Mandarin location they have a similar grocery area, a ball pit, an art area, a train table, a music area, a tumbling area, and a medical area. Then there is a great outdoor area at this location. The outdoor area is completely fenced in. They have a huge sand box; painted streets with vehicles to drive on them; houses; and a water play table.
Of course sometimes Sprinkles the Clown will make an appearance at either location, and they often have special events such as the Kritter guy.
