The children are taken care of for the whole day and taught how to either ski or snow board in the colder months and taken to do activities in the warmer months.

Kids' Adventures at Whistler

Whistler village has the best terrain park for rollerblading, skateboarding, or trick bikes that I've ever seen. For blades and boards, there is a large, paved park with lots of ramps, spines, quarter pipes, and grinds. Additionally, there are several miles of paved jogging/blading trails that run around the outside of the village. For the trick bikers, there is a large dirt park with very challenging jumps and bumps. The resort sponsors several special events at these facilities throughout the summer. If you like to mountain bike, there are over ten miles of trails that meander around Lost Lake and the nearby hills. The difficulty ranges from beginner to expert. Check out the rock climbing wall and the trapeze for kids at the base of Blackcomb Mt. your kids will love it! I can also recommend the family kayak trip on the River of Golden Dreams.
