Next is "Het Strijdershuis". It's renewed recently, has a nice atmosphere and a very nice pavement. Tucked in the corner of the small street next to the Belfrey, it's almost never crowed.
My Rating: ****
And there's another Irish pub in Bruges: Celtica, located a bit outside the centre in the Langestraat (next to the Bauhaus youth-hostel). Contrary to "Celtic Ireland", this pub has a more 'modern' atmosphere. Nice pavement too, sometimes live music, so worth a visit...
My rating: ***
Last but not least: Joey's Café. Very popular among Bruges' youth, Joey's is very, very, very small pub. There's a large pavement so you might find a seat when there's no space left inside. Again, not many tourists have discovered this pub, as it's located in "Het Zilverpand" (go through "De Zilversteeg" in the "Steenstraat", and it's on your right hand...)
I hope I've given you some tips about good pubs in Bruges, and if you ever meet me there, buy me a drink ;-)
