The Ness Islands

These five small islands that run along the River Ness make for a great morning or evening walk. Listen to the river, walk among the trees, enjoy the daffodils. There are trails to walk and excellent views of the skyline and the river itself. You can find small secluded spots away from the trails and have a picnic lunch. I thought I'd mention this spot, because it is one of my best memories. If you enjoy nature, it's a wonderful place for solitude and reflection.
