The fun was when we got to taste the 2003 wines, samples of which were aging in barrels in the wine tasting room. We started with comparing the Chardonnay aged in French oak and then the very same cuvee (grape juice) aging in American oak. Unbelievable how different they tasted and both were wonderfully flavorful wines. We bought a case, which we can have shipped or come back for a biggo BBQ and pick up!
Check it out at Roche Winery website.
