Highly Enjoyable Ride

After going on the ATV safari I went on the Horse back ride n' swim, which is at the same location. The horses were very healthy and the saddles were very comfortable. On this tour the guides took us through a localized farming area. They told us about the ruins of the old 17th century sugar cane plantation. The water portion was fantastic, you've never been horse back riding until you've been on a horse while it swims.

Great Experience for the Whole Family

I took my first visit to jamaica last month and I think that the horse back riding was probably the most exciting thing I did during the whole trip. The guides were excellent and very helpful and the equipment was in top shape so there is really nothing I can complain about. The scenery was captivating and the water portion was fantasic. I give this tour a 9.5 out of 10.

Chukka Blue Horse Back Riding!

Chuka Blue Horse back Riding
Not for the 'faint of bottom'. This is a long ride and could make you stiff if you haven't jumped on a horse and ridden two and a half hours through the tropical hills and rain forest, 1700s Ruins/Great House with sugar factory, farming villiage, and mango tree lined beach (complete with wet in ocean ride).

Beautiful, well cared, and loved horses. Well-maintained tack and equipment. Bathrooms, changing rooms, and freshwater showers available at beach. You get your money's worth and then some. Guides are friendly and expert at their craft.

Duration of tour - two and a half hours
Riders weight limit - 250lbs.
Age limit - six-years-old and up
Experienced guides accompany each ride.
The tour is not accessible for the physically challenged.
The rider's cameras, towels, and personal belongings are taken by van to the beach.
The tour includes the ride, swim with the horses, and refreshments. A free shuttle service is available.
They video the whole ride, and that was around $75.
