It's a archeological site, 2 km from the main road. There is no public transport to the site, so you can try to hitch-hike or make a nice walk up the hill, which takes you for about half an hour. Make sure you have enough water with you, as it can be quite warm out there and there is no place around to buy any drinks. The site is not touristic at all. When we were there, there were hardly ten visitors all over the site. It really is very basic, but that's what makes it worth visiting : no forced reconstructions, but everything is there as it was found : a nice ball court (second largest in mid-america), some nice buildings, remains of a palace, some graves (tumba's), and a climb to a hill where you have a great view over the site and the underlying valley. Great site, come visit this one, it's better than Mitla, and costs only 27 pesos.
