Museo Regional de Antropologia e Historia

This is really an art and culture museum inside an old 15th-century convent attached to a beautiful church called Santo Domingo. We spent 2 hours just soaking up all the incredible pictures, artifacts, and views out of every window. Oaxaca is full of culture, history, art, and MAGIC!

Museo Regional de Antropologia e Historia

This museum, which is located next to the impressive Santo Domingo Church, is an incredibly impressive museum of pre-Hispanic and Mexican history. The rooms dedicated to pre-Hispanic cultures are particularly impressive.

The impressive findings of Mone Alban's Tomb 7 are in this museum. Of note, are the interactive computers in most of the rooms. They contain a lot of information on history and culture of the region.
