Topiary and gardens provided pleasant walks and the water rides with lots of splashes gave us relief from the 95+ degree August temperatures. Rides were crowded since this was the peak of the tourist (and local holiday) seasons.
Don't compare Gardaland with Disneyland... it is nowhere as big, ornate or commercial as Disneyland; yet it still provided a fun activity for four aging Americans who still enjoy a pleasant Amusement Park.
The grounds were VERY CLEAN! The children were polite and well behaved. The adults were ALMOST-AS-well behaved! NOTE: Everyone here, or most everyone, sits down to eat. You seldom see people walking and eating. So if you buy food, sit down and enjoy it!!
Opened July-Sept, daily 9AM to Midnight; Apr-June, daily 9AM-6PM
