Flying Leap involves a hang glider on a cable. You get strapped in and hauled up the hill. On a clear day, you can see Green Island from this vantage point and there were eagles wheeling overhead the day I was there. The trip back down requires no training and no skill on your part, just a spirit of adventure. It's not REAL hang-gliding, but it's enough to get a taste of what it probably feels like. The nice folks there will gladly hold your camera and take shots of you as you take off and land too. (Amaze your friends and co-workers!)
I had three runs for AU$50, and that included being picked up and dropped off at the airport. This is probably one of the best values for money of all the things I've done on vacation.
