To fish in Cabo San Lucas, you must be at the marina by 6:30am. All the boats depart at 7am and seem to go all in the same direction. They all have tracking equipment, sonar, GPS systems, etc.
You need to be well slathered with sunscreen and reapply it several times! Burns are common.
Bars around the marina offer drinks and food, as well as fish tales from all the other fisherman on any given day! It's great fun!
