Hippo tours are experienced in amphibious buses. You travel on land for much of the 90 minute tour, then splash into the waterways of Ontario Place.
In your tour, you will pass locations such as: The CN Tower, Sky Dome, Union Station, Hockey Hall of Fame, Yonge Street (the longest street in the world), Eaton Centre, City Hall, University Ave, Queen Street, Chinatown and Ontario Place. Our tour guide was very personable and gave a very interesting report of the history and current goings on in the city. Places where the movie Chicago were shot, information about how the architect snuck his signature into the city hall after he was forbidden to sign the building because he came in over budget! Plus engraved faces of the dignitaries into the gargoyles.
This tour was both fun and informative.
