Jungle trail along the beach of Mazanillo
This is a nice walk that goes through the jungle and comes right up to the beach. You can walk as much or as little as you like. There are points off the trail, every so often, where you can walk out to overlook the ocean and the beaches. These are great spots for pictures. I'm surprised Kodak doesn't already have their trademark "Kodak Picture Spot" signs up! You can also drop off the path and make it to one of the many secluded beaches and just hang out and relax all day before your backpack trip home. If you're on a bike, be sure to leave Manzanillo no later than 5pm, because most places want to have their bikes back by 6pm. If you rent from J, he doesn't care that much, but the shop owners in town can't close till they get their bikes back.
