Other Beatles Sights

There are many other Beatles sights in Liverpool that the tour does not take you to. One of them is the large yellow submarine, which is across the street from Albert Dock. The piece was erected in memory of the Beatles' song (and movie) about the "Yellow Submarine."

Made famous by the Beatles, the Cavern Club is still operating today. The Magical Mystery tour ends in the re-made club, which is modeled to look just like the club where the Beatles performed in the 1960's. You can buy a drink and sit and soak in the atmosphere or watch some live performances in the evenings.

Across the alley from the Cavern Club is the Cavern Pub. The pub houses many Beatles artifacts, such as some of their guitars. We popped over for a beer and cider and sat and relaxing while looking at all of the Beatles memorabilia.
