El Cid El Moro Beach

The beach was nice with shade umbrellas and wait staff to bring drinks, and nice lounge chairs to relax on. The vendors, though they try to sell you something, as long as you say no and don't make eye contact they will usually leave you alone. If you make eye contact and talk to one, you'll soon find yourself surrounded by 10. The first couple of times it was laughable!

The beach has many motorized water sports and water activities to chose from, however, somewhat expensive. I enjoyed parasailing--jet skiing was not long enough and quite expensive, though a blast. I couldn't get the hang of boogie boarding and didn't try out the kayak. We enjoyed the beach. One of the activities sponsored by the hotel was building sand sculptures on the beach, which was much fun. We made a sea turtle.
