There are sites for everyone. Beautiful ship wrecks, easy to penetrate... strong current sites, calm shallow reefs, drift dive sites.
Don't go to the Sleeping Shark Caves if you want to see a shark. The divers in the area haven't seen any sharks there in years. Ask them where to go to see sharks, they'll be the best to know. We saw one on a shallow reef dive, so...
There are lots of reef dives. If you are crazy about tropical fish, you might like them. One of the best dives to do is Punta Sur, at the south tip of the Island, an awesome drift dive... There is something very special about it. The best dive sites are all at the southern tip or on the east side of the Island.
