Peruse the Bazaar’s Straw Market for the best of traditional Bahaman straw goods, like baskets, hats and purses, or formulate your own perfume at the Bazaar’s perfume factory. Known for its sometimes pushy merchants, be sure to stand your ground and barter, and if you’re in attendance on Thursday, don’t miss the weekly Junkanoo Festival, where Bahamans parade and dance traditional costumes.
