The tasting room is located near the resort strip. They are open from 10am to 5pm 363 days a year (closed Christmas and New Year’s). They offer complimentary tours and tastings. Their wine-making facilities and Kyotee Vineyards are located 35 miles north of the city -- make your tour arrangements at the tasting room.
As the friendly staff will inform you, their wines are made from the Muscadine grape. It is the only type of vine that will grow in the sandy/salty soil of the area. The fruit they produce is exceptionally sweet, as is the wine produced from them. Although I prefer dry wines, these were pleasant to taste. In addition to the seven varieties produced from the muscadine grape, they also offer blueberry wine (YUMMY), blackberry wine, a delectable port, and an oh-so-smoooooth sherry.
Aside from selling very reasonably priced wines, the tasting room offers all sorts of wine paraphernalia, a plethora of gourmet condiments, and oils.
