Acueducto de los Arcos

The aqueduct was started in accord with a Frenchman's design in about the middle of the 16th century. It was designed to resemble the Roman style, the top level being an aqueduct and the lower level a pedestrian walkway. It crosses from the medieval city to the more modern part.
