The Grand Teton Mountains are unique because they seem to burst upward right out of the alpine meadows. The park has multiple trail heads, but we went to the main entrance where you actually take a short boat ride over to the base of the trail. The views from above and below are magnificent. The trails range from very easy to very dangerous/expert only.
