The river is mostly peaceful, but there are a few adventurous spots. We got hung on a rock once. Be sure to watch out for the trout fishermen's lines, as there are usually quite a few on the river.
It's best to go during the week if you can. Weekends can be crowded (there are at least three tubing companies operating on this river) and not as enjoyable. Once you get to the end of the ride, you will turn in your tube and be transported back to your car.
I would advise wearing swimwear (you will get wet) and river shoes or Velcro sandals. In case you must get off the tube, the rocks can be rough on bare feet.

Lots of rocks and trees that you have to dodge. You have no control. No guides to help you. Very dangerous.
