Sawgrass Mills is a day full of shopping, and with over 30 restaurants, you won't get hungry either. There is a new branch opening in 2006 as well. There is a lot of parking, daily shuttles from Weston, and taxis. The prices were average. We didn't find any great deals, but it was a fun day out.

The Sawgrass Mills Mall’s claim to fame is its size. Be prepared to spend a full day in the mall! There are over 300 stores split among four "avenues." I highly recommend comfortable walking shoes. If you have small children between the ages of 4 and 9, Wanna City is a must. Children get to play dress-up and pretend to work in adult jobs.

One of the largest outlet malls in the world. It has everything you can think of as far as malls go. We spent three days shopping, eating, and viewing movies and only covered about 1/4 of the mall. Great bargains.

I was amazed at the size of the mall! It just didn't seem to end. And once inside, there was literally shopping to suit all tastes. The majority of the shops here are outlet stores, so there are a lot of good deals on clothing, electronics, toys, sporting, jewelry, the whole works. We spent the better part of a Saturday wandering through the mall, taking it all in.

There were plenty of eateries and snack places within the mall to stop and take a breather. There's also an abundance of information kiosks, just in case you get lost! For the kids, there is a little play park in a jungle theme right in the middle of then center.

One thing I might suggest is going on another day than Saturday if you can because by mid-afternoon, the place was packed with locals and tourists alike and it gets hard to move around. But if you like to shop, this is one of the best places to be in the area! It’s very easy to get to if you are staying at the Weston Resorts (#5773 or #4025), only about a 10-minute drive.

One or our favorite stores in this mall was the Disney outlet. Since we had stopped at Disney World on our way to this area, it was amazing to see merchandise similar to what is at the park on clearance! We were able to pick up gifts for other family members at a discount. So for a break from the Florida heat and sun, stop at the mall to find some fun sounvenirs and deals.
