The aquarium and museum is a nice size for a morning or afternoon visit. You can go at your own pace, there is a seating area in front of the largest display where it is nice to just sit, relax, and enjoy the ever-changing view! Also important to note is that this is one of the least expensive family entertainment options.

A beutiful aquarium located on the Scripts College campus in La Jolla. This is a low key trip that does not require the whole day. It keeps the kids attention in a very relaxed and easy setting. The crowds are not to big and there are plenty of interactive exhibits for the kids to play with. This is a nice break from the big amusement parks!
