Batdorf & Bronson Coffee Roasters
Some may call it a local obsession, all I know is that I've been known to drive an hour to Olympia from Seattle to pick up a few pounds of B&B coffee. It could be the notorious Northwest weather (all that you've heard is true, at least in winter...rain, rain, rain), but people here are loony about their coffee fix.
How else do you explain the multitude of coffee carts, cafe, shops, etc. set up within feet of one another anywhere you go in Washington?
So it's true I don't really have to drive an hour to purchase a few week's worth of beans, I even know a few spots in locally in Seattle that B&B is sold...but for the freshest, most flavorful brew, to Olympia I go.
