An open-air field was circled with booths purchased by individual artists. In the center of the field were food vendors, live music, and rest areas. When you enter, you are given a raffle ticket for a cute stuffed manatee given away each hour. Information on manatees and other conservation issues is also available. A free shuttle bus will take you just down the road to the Manatee Viewing Center at the TECO Electric Power Plant.
