Rocky Hill, Connecticut

The course was a light challenge, with many twists and turns to keep you wondering just exactly where that ball was going to go. I suppose if I studied the course, I could make better shots, but then that would take away from my attention to the lush landscaping and creative structures placed to make it look like we were walking about waterfalls on a deserted island.
The family in front of us didn't speak English, but we understood fully when he put his finger to his lips in a hush motion and removed his shoes to wade through a stream and find his stray ball.
It was fun for everyone, even though I lost. The trek for ice cream was only across the parking lot to Steve & Sue's Soft Serv.
