Description: Board boat around 7 a.m. and have breakfast on-board. About an hour and a half later you will find yourself on the most beautiful island, 90 miles away from KW. The Dry Tortugas make up Fort Jefferson National Park. Once used as a jail and to guard the waterways during times of war, this island is now used for tours and snorkeling. See sea turtles, eels, sunfish, nurse shark, and numerous other fish and wildlife. Absoultly amazing. The reef has built up against the wall of the fort moat and is eye level when snorkeling. You will have lunch on the Fort and then ride back to Key West while munching on snacks provided by Sunny.
Sunny Days also has sunset tours on both the Catamaran and sailboat. Excellent company and boat crew. Make sure to tip - that's how they make their money. AND DO NOT TOUCH THE CORAL - IT WILL DIE.
