Description: It takes about a half hour to get to the snorkel site. There are drinks and snacks available to purchase on the boat. The guides go over all the necessary info on snorkeling and what to expect. They do offer wetsuit rental as well, as some people find the water too cold. We didn't have any problem with that, we actually found it comfortable, even in November. Once we get to the site, the snorkel lasts for about an hour and a half. The afternoon trip lasts a bit longer, I do believe.
Snorkeling was amazing! I was amazed at the wide variety of fish that were there. One family even snorkeled with a turtle! You can't touch the reef or the marine life, of course, but just swimming with them was great. The fish and coral were probably some of the most colorful and beautiful things I have seen.
On the way back, the guides handed out key chains with a picture of your group on one side and a picture of the boat on the other. These you could purchase for $5, which I thought was a great momento. The guides were very friendly, informative, and made the trip a lot of fun. I would definitely choose them to go back snorkeling again!
