Cool tour. If you go to Louisiana, you've got to do a swamp tour. The area we visited (Honey Island Swamp) is like something out of a movie. Beautiful plants, trees, wildlife, not to mention the aligators.
Our boat captain knew where the gators hung out and came prepared with a bag of marshmallows to feed them. Who knew an alligator would eat marshmallows?
At one point he lured a small (3 foot) gator to the side of the boat, reached out, and grabed it. He proceeded to carry it around the boat for us to see and touch. Well worth the trip.
