Zhongshan Lu & SM Mall

Zhongshan Lu is a whole block of streets with shoplots like Yishion, Bossini, etc. and food outlets. Nothing to shout about since is not very exciting walking through the streets. The clothes are expensive and not worth their value since only the furnish of the shops are exquisite. It's very boring when I do shopping in Zhongshan Lu. Shopping is nothing to shout about, however since Gulangyu is at the end of Zhongshan Lu I was captured by its scenic view. One can take the ferry across. I did not go there, since I can see the view from Zhongshan Lu I don't see the need to go across. I know is not very helpful, well... since you know Zhongsan Lu is the main shopping area and is within walking distance to Gulangyu I hope is enough. I think they are going to build some malls there since I saw some construction works. Maybe in a few years time there are more shop outlets.

Another area of shopping is at Jia He Road with SM Mall (the local will know what is SM). I only shopped halfway as there were some unforeseen circumstances which need me to go to the Airport and shorten my shopping spree at SM. But should be OK though it is more to the upmarket scale. When I was there the shops were on sale, so I was able to buy some clothes which has reasonable prices and unique and modern design.
