In Chinatown you will find the new classical chinese garden. You won't find it on any maps, it is pretty new. It offers serpentine walkways, delicate trees, waterfalls and fantastic rock groupings. It is an entire block of tranquility and worth seeing. Unfortunately it costs $ 6.00.
Portland also features the world's smallest dedicated park, the 24-inch Mill Ends Park. I couldn't find it, but good luck!
