Description
This is a favourite beach for picnics and parties, and features a covered patio with concrete tables and benches, barbecue grill, running water and toilet facilities, surrounded by a grassy area. The picnic area is maintained by the Montserrat National Trust. Permission and a payment are needed to use the electrical connection, which is handy for evening parties.
The beach is easily accessed via a short footpath. The sea can be rough here at times, with a bit of an undercurrent, so children and inexperienced swimmers should bathe under supervision.
