Wildlife Wonderland

Description

This is a fascinating stop on the way to Phillip Island. The main drawcards are local fauna stars, the giant earthworm and the wombat. The South Gippsland region boasts the world's longest earthworms. They are on display here in all their slithery glory, inside a structure built in the shape of (surprise) a giant earthworm. Wombat World shows you inside a wombat burrow and children can hold and feed the animals. There are lots of other animals to see, pat and feed, or you can even go trout fishing. Admission: Adults AUD13.90; children (4-14 years) AUD6.90; family (2 adults, 3 children) AUD33.90.
