Description
Batu Caves, with its steep surfaces, sharp ridges, stalagmites and many hidden cavities, is the ideal place to indulge in some high-intensity sports, such as rock-climbing. Among its many climbing spots, the main one is the White Wall. It is an inspiring cliff with good-quality rock and nice views at the top.
The climbs are all vertical (grade 6 to 7) on crimpy, granite-like holds. The Summit Climbing Gym organises occasional guided trips to Batu Caves (MYR40 per person) for climbers who already have all the necessary basic skills.
