Description

This man-made salt-water lake is 52 acres in size and five feet deep. The sailing centre provides R.Y.A. and B.C.V. courses in sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. Lake amenities include launching facilities and changing rooms with hot showers. There are sea views for those who prefer to just watch, stroll along the promenade or walk round the lake. Children can enjoy quality playtime on the surrounding sandy beaches and possibly catch a ride on a donkey. A range of refreshment facilities is available close and a short walk will take you into the pleasant village centre. Car parking is available.
