Following in the footsteps of Chateaux St-Estephe, Croizet-Barges and Pomys, more than 60 chateaux now open their doors to the public, inviting you to sample a glass or two of their products over a weekend in April. These properties have some magnificent cellars, which you can visit on request and find out about the intricate processes of wine production. Medoc is about 60 km from Bordeaux.
