Fun for All Skill Levels

My husband and I booked two separate tours with Virgin Kayak, and greatly enjoyed both of them. The first was the Salt River Bay tour in which we were told a great deal about the history of St. Croix and about Columbus' landing. The second was a night tour where we saw the glow-in-the-dark plankton in the water, which is not currently advertised in their pamphlet or on their website http://www.virginkayakco.com/. Both tours were a blast! The water looked like glitter in the second tour! We would have signed up for one of the coastal sea tours, but the waters were a little rough the day we wanted to go.
The guides are extremely helpful, and they can easily adapt to people who have disabilities or are afraid of tipping over, which never happened with my group and I am told it rarely happens with their tours. Kayaking with Virgin Kayak was my favorite adventure while we were on St. Croix (better than Buck Island, and better than horse back riding)! My husband and I will be sure to look up this company again when we go back to St. Croix.
