Description
Located in the center of town this outdoor, 25 meter length pool makes for a great swim. Being the national pool, there are diving starting blocks, lane ropes on request and a small spectator stand. On occasions you can often join in and practice with the Lao national team. As the sun sets, swim or enjoy a cold drink at the cafe and watch the silhouettes of the exquisite fan shaped palm trees. For a quiet swim, try to avoid weekends from 10am-4pm when the masses of locals and children flock to the pool.
