Description
Consisting of a group of buildings dating from 1837, Tuggeranong Homestead comprises the main homestead, shearing shed and yards, machinery shed, stables and other buildings and structures associated with the running of a large sheep and cattle station. Tuggeranong Station was one of the largest properties in the region but was resumed in 1916 by the government for a soldier settlement scheme.
