Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park

Description

This is one of Osaka's largest and most attractive parks--it is so big that it even has its own subway stop! The park opened in the early 1990s as a part of an international flower and greenery expo. For that reason, the park's main attraction is its abundance of flowers from 55 countries and of varieties too many to name. The park also includes a number of recreational facilities, such as pools, a 90-meter tall observation tower, dining facilities and biking areas. Admission to the park is free, though some facilities do charge a small fee.
